My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a spectacular view of the city lights. However, the check-in process was delayed due to two calls about a piece of jewelry left in our room. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being unconcerned while others were super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to downtown and various areas of interest, but it seemed like a dog had been in the room previously. The dining experience was pleasant though not worth the price. Despite some ups and downs, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
